🔒 Privacy & security

ProNet Monitor includes optional privacy protections for your account and reports. You set these up, and find their recovery options, inside the app under Settings after you sign in — we keep the details in-app on purpose.

📈 Reports & background logging

• Net Quality and Public IP reports capture on a schedule you choose in Settings, plus on WiFi changes. View them from the Dashboard cards or the History tab.
• Your reports sync across devices signed in to the same account.
• For background logging (while locked), grant Always location and enable tracking — iOS updates most reliably when the device moves.

📱 Devices

• Manage registered devices in Settings → Devices.
• A newly added device can be changed freely for a short window; after that, changes are limited per year so a single subscription isn't shared across many devices.

🧹 Clearing your data

You can erase everything any time via Settings → Account → "Delete my data" (the same 48-hour, cancelable flow). You can also set Auto-delete to purge data older than a chosen age.
